| FIREFIGHTERS |
The Rolla Rural Fire Protection District has divided it's members into 4 shifts. By using the Chain of
Command, each shift has at least a Battalion Chief, Captain and a Lieutenant in charge of at least 5
personnel. The shifts also rotate Weekend Duty, where Station 1 is manned from 5pm Friday, until 5pm
Sunday. This increases response time, and also give the crew more time to perform training.
